PRIVATE TOUR - A private tour is not guaranteed,
but My Chauffeur will endeavor to maintain the service level agreed upon.
Your tour
is scheduled as a private tour unless otherwise informed before or after
your reservation is made.
In the event of your tour becoming a mixed-group tour, you will be
notified ahead of time and your cancellation policy will become a 2-hour
cancellation policy. To guarantee a private tour, a 20% stipend applies
and we will not consider a mixed-group tour. On the other hand, if
your tour becomes a mixed-group tour; your cost requirement may become
less.

TOUR GUIDE: A tour guide is not
guaranteed on any tour, but My Chauffeur will endeavor to maintain the
service level agreed upon.
All
full-service tours
are scheduled with a
'partial' tour guide'
unless otherwise noted or requested. A Full tour guide may be available for groups of 9
or more, on request (additional charges apply).
Be prepared for inclement
weather (rain, snow, cold, etc.).

require a 5 hour minimum charge.

VEHICLE UPGRADES: STANDARD
FULL-SERVICE TOURS ONLY. All price quotes are for the standard 'minimum'
vehicle required for your groups size. For groups up to 4 ppl., the scheduled vehicle is a
basic OLDER model town car or Cadillac sedan. If you want a premier town car or limousine,
you must order it. For groups 5-8 ppl., the scheduled vehicle is the
8 PASS.
STRETCH LIMO.
For groups up of 9-14 ppl., the scheduled vehicle is the
14 PASS.
LIMO/PARTY BUS.
Vehicle upgrades are at additional
cost.
A VEHICLE UPGRADE CHARGE WILL APPLY IF YOUR STANDARD VEHICLE IS NOT
AVAILABLE OR IF YOU CHOOSE TO UPGRADE FOR ANY REASON. See below.

LAST-MINUTE UPGRADE:
STANDARD FULL-SERVICE TOURS ONLY.
You may request a vehicle upgrade at the
last-minute and save (24 hours advance of your tour or less; standard full
service tour only). If you have up to 4 persons in your group; you may
request the stretch limo for $25 additional. If you have up to 6 persons
in your group, you may request the limo/party bus for $35 additional. If
you have 7-8 persons in your group, a complimentary upgrade to the limo/party
bus is available on request. All vehicles are subject to availability.
Once the last-minute vehicle upgrade request is made and confirmed; it is NOT
guaranteed.

required to book. My Chauffeur reserves the right to adjust the tour
pick-up time if needed.

Tour bus quote indicates an
initial quote, and is not guaranteed until confirmed. Tour bus pricing
includes the complete full-service tour; including the vehicle, driver, full
tour guide, driver/guide gratuities, gas surcharge and our concierge service,
with all the planning/preparations and lunch catering needed for your tour.
Our pricing does not include lunch costs and admission fees (Portland City tour
only).
