POLICY.
CASH PAYMENTS - If you are planning on paying cash, your valid
credit card # may still be required to secure your reservation. We typically
authorize your credit card full balance due $ amount approximately 24
hours before your reservation pickup time. If we are not able to
authorize your reservation by credit card for any reason, a reservation
cancellation will occur with no refunds.
Weekend evenings (Friday &
Saturday) - after 6PM
require a minimum charge of $250.00 total for all vehicles.
Saturday's April through
November - 9AM-6PM $60/hour minimum CC or
cash and 5 hour minimum required; 6PM-12AM $70/hour min. CC or cash. Prom
evenings April through June require a 5 hour min. Cash discounts are
not always available and are not guaranteed until confirmed by contract.
PICKUP/DROP-OFF LOCATION CHARGES:
A pickup/drop-off location
charge may apply outside of DT Portland or PDX airport. A My
Chauffeur "garage to garage" charge applies, with 10-15 minutes grace
period each way. The hourly service applies at 15 minutes (10
minutes for limo bus) from our garage to your pick-up location and from
your drop-off location. This charge is itemized on your confirmation, or
inquire about your specific liability. Proms require customized pricing. a
6 hour minimum (see
Prom Rates).
Quoted rates are not guaranteed until confirmed.
Major holidays may have customized pricing or require a 20% surcharge.
Hourly charges are
charged in 'by minute' increments and are rounded to the nearest one
dollar. Please inquire
about your specific rate.
AUTOMATIC 20% CHAUFFEUR GRATUITY
APPLIES ON ALL HOURLY RATES.
Whether or not the chauffeur gratuity is automatically
included in the pricing; in the event of a customer request during the
reservation to ‘charge the credit card and email the receipt’, signifying
a ‘no-signature account’, and if this request is granted, then an
automatic 20% chauffeur gratuity will apply.
VEHICLES:
Our 1-4 passengers Cadillac sedan (‘Recession Town Car’) is a
non-executive sedan, comfortable for 4 adults. This vehicle may not be
suitable for '1st class travel', as it is an older model vehicle. All
other vehicles are newer and considered ‘Executive Travel’. All of
our vehicles are clean, not smoked in & well maintained. The 3-6 passenger
Denali Limo is an executive SUV limousine, comfortable for 3 large
adults, 6 person maximum capacity with the bench seat & 2 fold-down
seats (contact us for details). If a private ride is desired
or if you have 4 adults and do not want the ‘Recession Town Car’ or SUV,
you should order the stretch limo. With 4 adults, we recommend the

1 Hour Rates:
Service up to 1 hour within
the
Portland Metro. Area,
and applies to non-airport pickups. Vehicle
hourly rate applies after 1 hour or if the pickup location is outside the
Metro Area. For PDX airport pickups, see
Hourly, Daily or Weekly Rates:
All itineraries must allow the driver
and the Company to comply with all Federal, State and local regulations or
ordinances. Drivers are limited to: a) 15 consecutive hours on duty in any
one day (including ½ hour driver preparation; and b) of this 15 hours, a
maximum of 10 hours may be actual driving hours. If your itinerary
requires the use of more than one driver, either the price of the charter
will be adjusted or the itinerary must be changed to allow for only one
driver. Upon reaching your destination, if the drivers’ total on-duty
hours have used, the driver must have a minimum of 8 hours off-duty. The
Customer is responsible for the driver(s) overnight room accommodations,
unless you and the Company have agreed in advance that the Company will
provide the driver’s room and bill you for the charges.
Special Rates
Memorial Day/Thanksgiving
Day weekends: 6 hour minimum applies; 'Recession Town Car' sedan pricing is not available.

Rate exceptions: customized
rates or discounts may apply on prom evenings (Saturday nights; late
April through May), and the Memorial Day/Thanksgiving Day weekends.
The cash discount may not apply
on some reservations, including select holidays.
Our 'Recession Town Car' Sedan is older model non-executive
class sedan, comfortable for 1-4
persons. Our 3 Passenger
Denali Limousine is a
newer model executive SUV, comfortable for up to 3 large adults. 6 person max.
