Your tour is scheduled as a private tour;
however, a private tour is
not guaranteed. In the event of your tour becoming a mixed-group tour,
you will be notified ahead of time and your cancellation policy will become
void.

A PICKUP/DROP-OFF
LOCATION CHARGE MAY APPLY. We will pick you up anywhere within the Portland
Metro area and beyond. However; a
Pickup location/drop-off location outside of downtown Portland may be at
additional cost.

A picnic lunch may be
added to any tour.

Cost includes the 'minimum' vehicle
for your person #. For groups up to 4 ppl., the scheduled vehicle is our
basic Cadillac sedan (year 2001 or older) town car sedan. If you want a
premier town car or limo, you must order it. Vehicle upgrades are at
additional cost. Newer model premier town car or 1-6 pass Denali SUV limo is $75 additional
cost irrelevant of the # of
persons in your group. The 8 passenger stretch limo has a 5 person minimum
charge.
A VEHICLE
UPGRADE CHARGE WILL APPLY IF YOUR STANDARD VEHICLE IS NOT AVAILABLE.

admissions (Portland City tour only) and lunches are at additional cost.

Multiple tours may be able to be combined on request, additional costs apply
for multi-tours, but discounts apply, please inquire.

All Rates
quoted above are subject to change without notice. My Chauffeur reserves
the right to adjust the tour pick-up time if needed. Group adjustments
to the tour itinerary may be possible.
A
customized tour,
where additional time is required, is an additional cost. To extent your tour,
the next rate level will apply. Hourly charges begin at 9 hours into the tour.
Your credit card information is required to book, even if you are planning to
pay with cash.

While we
consider our tours to be completely safe, even for children; in wilderness
areas, possible wilderness dangers are always present. If you plan
on hiking on any trails, a
Trailhead Release Agreement form
is required.

GOURMET PICNIC LUNCH: We are proud to offer a
Portland City Tour
Gourmet Picnic Lunch
($12 pp); which may be
ordered at tour booking or at the start of your tour.
We are also proud to offer
a Columbia River Gorge Tour
Gourmet Picnic Lunch
($15 pp);
which may be ordered at tour
booking (advance order required).
This would be the perfect complement to your tour, while you enjoy the view of
Portland. 30 minutes are added to your tour if you order a picnic lunch.

Tours where the pick-up
location is
in the Columbia River Gorge or anywhere outside of the Portland Metro
area; appropriate tour time will be deducted from your tour length to
compensate for the travel time from our location in Portland. Or you may
choose to add hourly charges on top of your regular tour length. Please
inquire if you have any questions.

Tour bus quote indicates an
initial quote, and is not guaranteed until confirmed. Tour bus pricing
includes the complete full-service tour; including the vehicle, driver, full
tour guide, driver/guide gratuities, gas surcharge and our concierge
service, with all the planning/preparations and lunch catering needed for
your tour. Our pricing does not include lunch costs and admission fees
(if applicable). With 11 years of experience (since 1998) planning
tours for large groups, our concierge will make your event a perfect event.
All tours are private,
